Zippo lighters
The Zippo Manufacturing Company was founded by George B. Blaisdell in Bradford (Pennsylvania) in 1932. His famous Zippo lighter owes its name to a product which at that time had been created and was a tremendous success: the zipper, which was called "zipper".
Zippo lighters have retained a line almost unchanged since 1932 and is possible to know the month and year of manufacture of each single specimen, thanks to a code engraved on the base of each piece.
